BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

If you are a new patient and would like to request an appointment, please call our office 212-220-5363 or email us at office@nyweightwellness.com

For our existing patients, please register in our patient portal and you will be able to request an appointment, fill out forms, send secure messages and have access to your medical records

PAYMENT POLICY

Thank you for choosing New York Weight Wellness for your healthcare needs. We kindly ask that payment be made at the time of service. Please note that we do not participate in insurance plans. However, any procedures and tests will be submitted to your insurance.

INSURANCE REINBURSMENT

Upon receiving your payment, we will send you a claim form. You can use this form to request reimbursement from your insurance company for the visit. If you have any questions or concerns about our payment policy or the process for getting reimbursed by your insurance, please feel free to reach out to us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate all patients promptly, please provide at least 24-hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Missed appointments or cancellations without notice may incur a fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
